This blog is not a portfolio. It is not a personal brand exercise. It is a place to think out loud about law — the way it reasons, the way it fails to reason, and the gap between what a statute says and what it ends up meaning in practice.

The focus is corporate law, arbitration, and intellectual property. The method is close reading. The posts are the point.
